About Lilith Claudino
I am Jessica Thaler – the artist behind the name Lilith Claudino.
She is not a pseudonym. She is a part of me.
An inner voice – wild, free, and full of depth.
Art has always lived within me.
Even as a child, it was my sanctuary – whether at the piano, in drawing, or in silent wonder before classical architecture and old masters.
Early on, I was drawn to the classics, to symmetry, to stillness and drama – both in music and in architecture.
Lilith Claudino is this calling. She is the echo of a longing I could no longer ignore.
That longing led me in 2022 from Tyrol to Vienna – to a place where past and present meet.
Vienna, with its imperial architecture, concert halls, and museums, was more than a city to me: it was a promise.
In my art, what lies beneath the surface is revealed –
a journey of self-liberation, reflection, and silent confrontation.
Questions rather than answers. Spaces rather than dogmas.
My works are created at the threshold between light and shadow, between control and surrender.
They speak of self-emancipation, of inner struggle – and of the courage to meet oneself.
While I find structure and clarity in IT, painting is my realm of the unspeakable.
With an academic background in business informatics and years of professional experience, I unite analytical thought with artistic depth.
I do not paint decoration.
I paint transformation.
I paint the struggle with inner demons –
not to fear them,
but to recognize them,
to live through them,
and to integrate them.
Lilith stands for the part of me
that does not speak in conferences but in colors,
that does not control but surrenders,
that does not explain but reveals.

Besides painting, I compose piano pieces and write texts
that extend and deepen my visual language.
Currently, my musical works are in creation and will soon be available on my Instagram profile.
Why Lilith Claudino
Lilith – a name that found me when I was not searching.
It felt as if something was calling me as I painted the beginning of her series – the woman on the staircase.
Often, classical music accompanies me while I paint –
quiet, dark, carried by inner tension and silent strength.
That day, a piece I had never heard before began to play.
The title: Lilith by Peter Gundry.
Something in this melody gripped me.
Lilith – the untamed, the outcast, the free.
The woman who refused to submit – and forged her own path.
Not as an idol. As a mirror.
Claudino – my mother's surname –
connects me to my Brazilian roots:
to instinct, to fire, to freedom.
And so, Lilith Claudino was born –
out of a moment that whispered itself into being
and never left.

"Perfection is often a wondrous dance
of imperfect pieces in fragile romance,
which, through their flaws and quiet bends,
achieve what only wholeness lends."
