Shipping

Artworks are carefully packaged for protected delivery.

Shipping times may vary depending on destination and artwork format.

Additional customs duties or local taxes outside the EU may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, have taken possession of the artwork.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us by e-mail using a clear statement.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, all payments received from you will be refunded within fourteen days after receiving the returned artwork.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Returned artworks must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to individually commissioned, personalized or custom-made artworks.

Damaged Deliveries

If an artwork arrives visibly damaged, please contact the shipping provider immediately and notify us without delay.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, AI training, NFT usage or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.
